Release and Liability Waiver

I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge that I have voluntarily chosen to participate in activities involving animals, particularly otters and reptiles, at Jungle Reef LLC. I am fully aware that interacting with animals carries inherent risks, and I hereby agree to release and discharge Jungle Reef LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives, from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action that may arise from or in connection with my
participation in such activities.

Assumption of Risks:

I understand and acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with both interacting with animals and riding bumper cars, including but not limited to bites, scratches, allergic reactions, collisions, and other injuries. I am aware that animals, particularly otters and reptiles, may exhibit unpredictable behavior, and I voluntarily assume all such risks.

Waiver and Release for Animal Interaction:

In consideration for being allowed to participate in animal interaction activities at Jungle Reef LLC, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Jungle Reef LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action, whether at law or in equity, known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, arising out of or in connection with my participation in these activities.

Hold Harmless Agreement:

I agree to hold harmless and indemnify Jungle Reef LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action, including legal fees, arising out of or in connection with any injury, loss, or damage that I may suffer or incur, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, during my participation in animal interaction activities.

Hand Washing Disclaimer:

I acknowledge that touching Jungle Reef's animals without proper washing of hands after may lead to illnesses, for which Jungle Reef will not be held responsible at all.

Medical Authorization:

I authorize Jungle Reef LLC to seek medical treatment for me in the event of an emergency, and I agree to be responsible for any medical expenses incurred on my behalf.

Knowing and Voluntary Execution:

I have carefully read and fully understand the contents of this Animal Interaction Liability Waiver. I am aware that by signing this waiver, I am giving up substantial rights, including the right to sue Jungle Reef LLC for any injury that may occur during my participation in animal related  activities.
